Title: Genomic epidemiology and intra-host pathogenesis in the age of AI
Abstract: The lecture will discuss the principles of phylogenomic and phylodynamic analysis of infectious diseases, as well as the latest application of machine learning to investigate microbial pathogenesis and forecast epidemic spread.
