Title: Spreading processes on complex networks and their applications
Abstract: How to predict and control spreading processes on complex networks is a critical challenge. In this talk, we explore contagion dynamics on top of a network from a perspective of percolation problems. By using message-passing equations, we will examine the effects of the location of seed nodes, the cooperative effects of multiple pathogens, and heterogeneous infections. Through this multi-faceted approach, we aim to provide more comprehensive insights into the spreading processes on networks.
