Title: Modeling to inform a university’s COVID policies: UC San Diego’s Return to Learn Program
Abstract: Throughout the pandemic, universities have grappled with how to resume campus activities as safely as possible. This talk will discuss the UC San Diego Return to Learn program, and specifically how epidemic modeling has informed our adaptive approach to surveillance testing, campus density, wastewater monitoring, and other public health interventions.
