• Co-founder and co-lead (until 2023) of the Working Group on Multiscale Modeling and Viral Pandemics (https://www.imagwiki.nibib.nih.gov/working-groups/multiscale-modeling-and-viral-pandemics), supported by the Interagency Modeling and Analysis Group and the Multiscale Modeling Consortium, both organizations of program officers and officials across NIH, NSF, DoE, DoD, and NASA. The working group was started in 2020 and quickly grew to over 200 members across the world. It has an archive of almost 200 recordings of webinar talks on the topic and has led to several spin-off initiatives, some of which are listed below.
• Member of the Board of Directors, Global Alliance for Immune Prediction and Intervention (GLIMPRINT) (https://glimprint.org/)
• Co-organizer, 3-week workshop on Building Immune Digital Twins, Institut Pascal, Paris, France, May-June 2023. The workshop brought together almost 100 participants from 15 countries, including modelers, experimentalists, clinicians, private industry, government and regulatory agencies.
• Co-chair, RDA Working Group on Building Immune Digital Twins (https://immunedt.github.io/rda-bidt/).
